Supervisory Board

The Supervisory Board is the Grünenthal Group’s supervisory body, independent of the Corporate Management Board and of instructions of the shareholders, which advises and controls the Corporate Management Board – notwithstanding the respective rights of the Statutory Supervisory Board – and which approves measures of the Corporate Management Board in case they are subject to approval by corporate bylaws. The Supervisory Board is elected by the shareholders' summit.
